Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases made on Fernwalk.
Prices are shown in EUR. Shipping costs, any applicable taxes and the total are shown before you pay.
Payment is made online through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.
We ship within France, with delivery in 2–4 business days.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us at fernwalk@mail.custodianstores.com and we will make it right.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and checked.
Privacy policy
We collect what is needed to handle your order: your name, email address, shipping address, order details and the messages you send us.
We use it to take payment, ship your order, answer your questions and keep our accounts. Our service providers (payment, email, hosting) only receive what they need for their part.
Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never pass through or stay on this store.
We do not sell your personal information.

This store uses essential cookies to keep your cart and your account working. Customer reviews
